Received message indicating "invalid email address," or "The email or password you have entered is invalid" when logging into MyCareLink Heart™.
This message displays when a user enters an invalid email address or password when attempting login.
When 3 failed attempts are made to login the user will be locked out for 20 minutes. User must wait for the lockout to expire.
After 10 failed login attempts the account is permanently locked and can only be unlocked by contacting Stay Connected 1-866-470-7709.
Users can select "Forgot Password" to send temporary login credentials to the email or text message for Mobile Monitors entered during registration. If locked out, user must wait until lockout expires before using "Forgot Password" to login.
